Our studio is located in Clinton, Indiana, which is 12 miles north of Terre Haute. Many clients come to the studio, but we also pick up and deliver quilts in Middle Tennessee and have a very large number who simply ship their quilt tops to us.

 Now that your appetite for beautiful quilting is whetted, it's time to prepare your quilt. Here are the preparation steps you will take.

1. Be sure that your backing is square and extends at least 3 inches beyond your top in each direction. This is necessary in order to attach it to the quilting frame.
2. Press your top and backing and trim any loose threads.
3. Contact us to reserve a quilting date. Turnaround time is usually around 2 months. (Reservations for Christmas often begin in July!)
4. Securely box your top, backing (and batting, if you provide your own, and binding fabric if you choose to have your quilt finished) and send it to the following address. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. (Note that we do not use our business name when shipping, in order to minimize the temptation of theft.)

Once your quilt top arrives at the studio, we will let you know that it is here, then we will call you before we begin work to discuss details such as quilting designs, threads, batting, etc.
