"Dear Loose Threads: [my nickname on http://www.noqers.org]
Love that name but there is not a "Loose Thread" in my entire quilt. You quilted the Blue Devil so beautifully for my daughter that I almost kept it myself!
The Blue Irish Chain really came to life under your talented hands and - most incredibly - you listened to Katherin and understood what she liked when she described "squiggles and scrolly things". Quite remarkable! My fabric choices had turned out to be somewhat flat and lifeless. I was a bit disappointed in myself but the quilt you returned to us danced and dazzled with depth. You really brought it to life and DD loves it so.
Can't thank you enough for understanding and quilting exactly what she wanted. Great job - can't wait to send off another to you. I do hope that someday we will actually meet face to face!
Quilty Hugs,
Sylvia"

"Loose Threads
I love receiving my "finished" quilts back from you. What great work!!! You took the Seashell Quilt, designed for my daughter, and brought it to life--by adding depth and intricate quilting that complemented the quilt. The work you did on both the Moda BOM and the Patriotic Sampler was wonderful.
I am looking forward to your work on Mikhail in Avila.

"Hi Gwen, Thank you ever so much for the wonderful quilting you did on my Swinging Sisters round robin. You turned an overly busy quilt into something special that I will treasure. The quilt is now hanging on a wall in a bedroom and is the focal point of the room. When the light hits it, the border feathers really look great! Hugs - Elaine" 5
gwen i am blown away. the thought and art work and talent that has gone into the quilting of this [Redwork] quilt is beyond my wildest dream. i've looked at it twice and i know that there is so much that i have missed. i just know that i can't give this quilt away. i may never do anything this special again and i have to have it. i'll get the kid something but it won't be this quilt. i just want to hold it and look and look and look. the special treatment of each block is masterful. the border - well - i can't say enough about the border. all of those sunbonnets. what a stroke of genius. your mind must never stop. when do you get any sleep. right now, i feel that you and i can't be touched by anyone else's work. we are supreme. thanks to you - i'll say it again - you make me look soooooooooo good. thank you so much for the time and talent you have added to our quilt. i really haven't expressed how special you have made me feel. thanks again GeorgeAnn
