Our pricing structure has been revamped. In the interest of keeping things simple for you and making a living for us, we are now using just two flat rates.

Any allover design of reasonable density is 3 cents per square inch.

Any custom work within reasonable boundaries is 5 cents per square inch.

These prices include the following:

• Whatever design best enhances your quilt top
• Batting of your choosing
• Ten dollars toward return shipping
• Variegated thread, if desired
• Multiple thread changes, if necessary 
• Trimming of your quilt so that it is ready for binding
• Most importantly, enough years of experience that we can promise no tucks or puckers in your backing, a squared quilt when it is finished, a design that complements your piecing, and balanced, high quality quilting over your quilt.

 We carry many different battings, including Hobbs 80/20 in white, off-white and black, Warm & White and Warm & Natural, and Hobb's 100% Washable Wool. 

 We also have BINDING SERVICE available. Once our clients experience the satisfaction of having their quilts returned "bed ready," with no more hiding in the closet, they are hooked. We will machine stitch your binding to the front of the quilt and hand stitch it to the back for .25 per linear inch, or machine it to the back then top-stitch it to the front for .15 cents per linear inch. (The latter is great for children's, pets', or charity quilts.) Consider treating yourself to this indulgence and enjoy the gratification it brings!

 For a reasonable charge, we also provide the following:

• hanging sleeve
• curved edges
• rush orders
• professional photo of your quilt on notecards and/or magnets

Prices are subject to change without notice, but once your quilt arrives in the studio, the prices are firm. Piecer pays shipping each direction, although we will pay up to $10 of the return shipping.
